I'm not sure how you would find out, but I do believe that if you have not associated yourself with the company through your profile and the partner portal, they are not able to use it. I have not signed any deal or contract with my company, but have associated myself with them through my profile and the partner portal. This allows them to use my certifications towards partnership requirements.
If you really don't want them using you for partnership requirements, make sure you remove them from your profile and disassociate from them everywhere you can.
