CLNP and UDP

Hello Guys, can anybody let me know the difference between UDP and CLNP ? both are connection-less right ? then what is the difference ?

CLNP is network protocol

CLNP is network protocol while UDP is transfer protocol.

CLNP is more similar to IP than to UDP.
