DUO Global Authentication Preference

Good morning/Afternoon/Evening! We've recently purchased a bunch of the DUO hardware tokens and are looking to put them out to the agency. We have a mixed group of people who are currently using the app and getting phone calls for authentication. I want to keep using the app as a primary source of authentication but also move up the DUO FOB instead of phone calls. The issue is that I don't want to get rid of phone calls all together. Is there a way to re-arrange the order in which we have our authentication?

Does that make sense or is that do-able without disabling phone calls as an authentication method? Also, I apologize if this is the incorrect area to post this.

There is no way to globally set a preference for the order of authentication methods.

Some of the behavior and options depend on which application you're protecting with Duo and whether your users see an interactive, web-based Duo 2FA prompt or not.

Can you share which Duo apps you're using?
