How establish case in PSS and CCW or find out if it is establish when all cases are gone?
I have problem with 2 tools where I can made case by email and response by email Partner Self Service and Cisco Comerce Workspace.
What is the point: I can made a case even I get an annoucement that my case was done, and team asks me to wait for 24h for email with confirmation. After that time no emailis comming back and I have no case in my stuff.
I tryied to contact PH on web site www.cisco.com/go/ph but the procedure to make a case is the same as above so it makes no sense.
