Hi everyone

I need help with software downloading. I added  my contract number to cisco profile but unable download software from downloads . Here is the screen displaying after click download button.Please help )

Hi ,

It seems that your CCOId which has been created with what it is reflecting in attached snapshot.

It shows Govt. Organisation, involved in Military /defense which might have been entered in Account profile of CCOid.

You can write mail to export@cisco.com to get clarity .

I also doubt about the entitlement since you are trying to downlaod encypted S/w.
