spring spammers plague infestation on CISCO community

Hi,

In the last few days we see a large number of spammers making a mess on the site... CISCO community site.

I report them as quick as I can and they still appear at the same rate.

All topics contain "How to " and "Fligh𝓣" in the topic title.

Is it really possible to create a filter that automatically bans the accounts that post this garbage and delete the topic ?

Thank you so much for reporting.

Our 24/7 moderation team is monitoring the situation closely. They are updating the platform's spam engine filters to catch the posts quicker and quarantining the posts that get through, as well as, banning the offending users as fast as they possibly can.

The moderation team successfully handled all the spam posts and spammer activities these past few days. They immediately marked posts as spam (1800 +) and banned the users (1k +). We are continuously working tirelessly to ensure a spam-free environment for our community. Thanks for your patience!
