Lenovo Yoga 370 High CPU Usage when Cisco Proximity Running

We have a number of Lenovo Yoga 370s that are running the latest version of Cisco Proximity (2.0.7) and whenever the application is running both the Windows Device Audio Graph and a COM Surrogate Process consume 20-40% of the CPU.  Disabling audio enhancements doesn't make it go away.  Switching from the Conexant SmartAudio HD driver to the generic Windows audio driver does help, but does not cure the issue.  Please advise on a fix.

This is a hard issue to debug without direct access to a system exhibiting these symptoms. Please provide these details:

* OS version
* Does it happen when the app is closed, running in tray only?
* Does it happen when the application is open and running?
* Are you able to pair and use the program normally?
* Are there any other programs running that might be using the microphone?

I'll try to find similar hardware.

* OS version - Windows 10 - 1703
* Does it happen when the app is closed, running in tray only? It only happens when the app is running in the tray. As soon as the app is closed (Exit), then the processor levels go back to normal.
* Does it happen when the application is open and running? Yes, it happens when running and while in the tray.
* Are you able to pair and use the program normally? Yes
* Are there any other programs running that might be using the microphone? No.

Was there a resolution to this?  We have the same issue.

We got an updated audio driver from our Lenovo Rep. That seemed to fix it.

Can you let me know what the new driver name/version is so we can ask our rep?
