Proximity Client with Polycom HDX rebooting

We are testing our new Cisco Room kit and Room55

using VBP polycom gateway.  Every time we use Proximity windows sharing client on the conference call it reboots the other party Polycom HDX unit.  Similar occurance happened with our office in US that uses Avaya Gateway (instead of Polycom VBNP).  Any help would be great.

I'm sorry, but if your Polycom and Avaya products are crashing, their support should be more suited to helping you investigate the problem.

If it was one of the appliances I would go to either Polycom or Avaya support, but since its both I would say its not their unit.  and it only happens when sharing with Proximity Client for windows.
