I have an issue that sx10(CE8.2.2) will display "resolution unknown" on the touch panel when connecting a computer to share content from.
Also,It will display same message if sx10 inputed various resolutions.
The content signal has to make its way through several Extron A/V devices before it reaches the SX10s.
it seems one of those devices is the problem, but Extron has not been able to reproduce the problem without sx10.
Likewise, the issue does not appear except for Extron devices.
So, Only SX 10 and only Extron devices, each device works normally.
This issue will appear with the combination of SX 10 and Exron device.
Even if the content resolution is 720p, there is this issue.
I found an article on the same issue of SX 20 on this site, but I could not find a solution there.
If there is information to solve such experience, I would like to know.
