Cisco Jabber Voice problem with Android KITKAT 4.4.2

I am facing a problem with my Galaxy S4 running Android 4.4.2 when using Cisco Jabber Voice v 9.1(5) I am only able to use it when connected vua our corporate WIFI, but when using Jabber via 3G and VPN the communication is only 1 way: the called party can hear me, but I can't hear anything. Is there any solution for this problem?

I was faced same problem with Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S3 using Cisco Jabber Voice on VPN Connection and solved it 2 weeks ago.

I suggest that you have to check a firewall running VPN and disable the inspection of voice protocol such as "inspect h322 h225, inspect h323 ras, inspect sip, and inspect skinny" if you are using Cisco ASA Firewall.
