La herramienta de Real Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT) en el CUCM, simplifica la tarea de recolección de trazas. Esta herramienta provee una lista de nombres lógicos. Cuando se selecciona un nombre de un servicio en el RTMT, el RTMT recolecta la información de una ubicación especifica en el sistema. Algunas veces, es necesario poder ubicar estas trazas directamente sin necesidad de utilizar el RTMT. Este documento muestra la ubicación de las trazas en el sistema, para cada nombre lógico que se muestra en el RTMT. La ubicación de las trazas puede variar dependiendo de la versión de CUCM.
