Cisco Webex Meeting Server - Desktop Sharing Resolution

Hi,

I just deployed "cisco webex meeting server on premise" version 1.5 and will upgrade to 2.0.

My boss just asked me about the resolution of the desktop sharing function. Unfortunately, I cannot find any document to explain the Desktop Sharing Resolution. Those guides always just said the video is 360p.

1. How about the Desktop Sharing Resolution?

2. Can the video enhance to 720p or above?

Hi Edwin,

At this time there are no limitations for desktop sharing. As for Video, maximum is 360p at this time.
