I have a question about Jabber for Windows.
We have a customer - here in good old Germany - who wants to use Jabber for Call Control and we have an E.164 dial plan. The prefix for telephone line (to call Extension outside the internal dial plan) is 0.
With Jabber 11.x now the ability to mark a number and press a shortcut for dialing was introduced. And there is the Problem. Many phone numbers in Emailaddresses, Websites, and so on are not in E.164 number Format. When a user now wants to dial this number with the shortcut, the prefix 0 for outside line is missing and the phone is dialling bullshit.
How do you solve this Problem? Do you have some best practice or do we just need to train the users?
