A CRA script was assigned to a specific language at the route point but it plays prompts in a different language

Core Issue

This problem can be caused by one of these situations:

  • The system default language is set incorrectly.
  • The language specified in the Set Contact step is incorrect.
  • The language specified in the Play Prompt step is incorrect.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, perform these steps:

  1. Verify that the system default language is set correctly.      
  2. If the Set Contact step or the Play Prompt step is used, verify that the correct language is set.
