After installing the Personal Address Book, users are unable to access the page to configure it

Core Issue

This occurs when Cisco CallManager 3.2(3) is connected to an Cisco IP Phone 7940. The Personal Address Book has been installed, but it is unable to access the program. The Domain Name System (DNS) is not the issue because name resolution is working properly.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, restart the web service on which the Personal Address Book service is hosted.
