After the user enters CCMAdmin URL in the Cisco CallManager browser, the login screen is not displayed

Core Issue

This problem could result from either cookies or problems with the script permission on the Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS).

Resolution

To resolve this problem, perform this procedure:

  1. Try to restart the IIS, which clears cookies and offline files. For information on how to restart IIS, refer to the Restarting      the IIS Admin Service and World Wide Web Publishing Service section of How to Get the ICD Extension to Appear on the User Page Using CallManager 3.3

   2.  If the problem persists, check the permission for the script in IIS, and apply the read permission for the script admin web page for Cisco CallManager.
