After the user enters the username and password in Cisco CallManager, the phone displays the "Request Denied: Not allowed to log into multiple devices or User Logged in Elsewhere" error message

Core Issue

The user is already logged into another phone.


Select Devices > Phones, and determine which phone that has the user's directory number associated with it.  In that phone's page, click Logout.  Now the user should be able to log in on the new phone.
