An agent receives this error message when trying to log in to the Cisco Agent Desktop: The ID you entered was not found

Core Issue

The user ID you entered is invalid.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, perform these steps:

  1. Make sure that you are typing the user ID correctly. User IDs are case sensitive.        
  2. Verify that you are using the correct Cisco CallManager password.

If the problem is still not resolved, try stopping and restarting the Cisco Desktop Sync Server service.
