Ater an upgrade to Cisco CallManager 3.3, the user cannot access the user global directory through the Cisco CallManager Administration page. This results in a The following error occurred while trying to load the requested page. Problem in executing fso.OpenTextFile() error message

This issue occurs when the regional setting (in Windows) is not set to US English.

Resolution

This problem is tracked in Cisco bug ID CSCeg64265.

For a workaround, change Regional Settings (in Windows) to US English. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Regional Options, and change the locale to English.
