I have a customer who has purchased a bunch of VG248s for their analog phones. They need to be able to use the Call Park feature which does not appear to be supported by the VGs. Has anyone figured out a way to park calls from analog phones?

First configure the VG's for SCCP. Add this conf t , telephone-service, fac standard.
All you need to do is configure some dedicated call park extension within CCM. Then have the customer dial **6 plus the call park extension.
Thanks - that will work for VG224s but ideally I need to find a solution for VG248s. The VG248 is, by default, an SCCP device so it seems odd to me that this feature is not supported.
