Call redirection to voicemail fails on calls from Cisco CallManager IP phone to Cisco CallManager Express IP phone (connected by ICT using G.711 codec)

Core Issue

With calls from a Cisco CallManager IP phone to a CallManager Express IP phone, redirection to voice mail fails. If the call originates externally or from another CallManager Express IP phone, redirection to voice mail is successful.

Resolution

Under the voice service {voip} command, add the no supplementary-service h450.3 command on the gateway.
