Callers intermittently get reorder tone on calls that traverse or originate from a VoIP network and "Disconnect cause code of 2F" is received.

Core Issue

Calls are failing to complete with a disconnect cause code of 2F - resources unavailable. Channels are available for use.

The user has configured max-conn parameter in the incoming VoIP dial peer that is being matched for the call. For example:

dial-peer voice 111 voip

max-conn 5

incoming called-number .

destination-pattern 111....

session target ipv4:10.1.1.1

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

ip qos dscp cs5 media

no vad

Resolution

Remove or increase the max-conn value.
