If no calling party name is displayed, contact your Telco or service provider. If an error message is received after the IsdnMsgData1 is received, the calling party name may not be in the form of a Display IE and Cisco CallManager will not accept it.
For H.323 gateways, check if the calling name is present in the Q.931 SETUP received from the PBX or PSTN by issuing the debug isdn q931 command.
If the calling party name is not present in the received SETUP, contact your Telco or PBX vendor. If a name is displayed in the Q.931 SETUP, but it is not in the form of a Display IE, Cisco CallManager will not accept it.
