Cisco 7960 IP phone

I have 4 of these phones i bought on ebay.

I need to convert them to SIP.

But then phone boots up using Univeral Application loader

It says Configureing Vlan, IP, Requesting Config.

but in my DHCP tables i don't see it getting a IP. I have tried reset it from many ways i have found on google. But i can't get the phone to respond to me.

have you tried adding option 150 ip x.x.x.x in your DHCP scope.

where x.x.x.x is the IP Address of the CM or CME
