Cisco Unity reports a particular port is locked and in use for 4053 minutes. Dialing this particular port just rings the phone, and Cisco Unity never transfers or answers the true incoming call on the port that is locked up.
In this instance, attempts to reset the utility in status monitor, both from the Techtools method and the system tray icon, failed to clear the port. As common to most Windows-based systems, simply rebooting the machine may solve the problem. It is possible for any software to get into a state where it is frozen, and cycling the service or restarting the machine sometimes is the only way to overcome the problem.
