Receive this Alert: RMI Link to nap-cim is down: Reason Transport link is down.
The EIM/CIM installation guide refers to the mapped drive on page 2-22:
Step 8 On the Unified EIM and WIM services server, map a drive to the CMB folder created in the Cisco Media Blender server.
Step 9 Update the WLROOT
WLROOT=J:\\CiscoMB. This is the path to the drive on the Unified EIM and WIM services server mapped to the CMB folder on the Cisco Media Blender server (Step 8).
Above steps are not enough, what we need to add here is
> Right click on CiscoCMB folder on CMB server and go to property page
> go to security tab
> click on Add
> Add everyone
> click on full control for permissions
Without above steps EIM will not be able to access CiscoCMB folder on CMB server and you will get this error
