Command Line Interface
From the CUE CLI, issue the command show software versions. In most newer versions of CUE, there will be a line called Software Version containing the complete version. If not present, simply look at the line containing the word Global.
Example:
cue> show software versions
Installed Packages:
Software Version: 3.1.2
- Installer 3.1.2.0
- Thirdparty 3.1.1.0
- Bootloader (Primary) 2.1.14
- Infrastructure 2.3.2.0
- Global 3.1.2.0
- Service Engine license 1.20 2.1.2
- Auto Attendant 3.1.1.0
- Voice Mail 3.1.1.0
- Bootloader (Secondary) 2.1.15.0
- Core 2.4.0.1
- GPL Infrastructure 2.2.1.0
Installed Plug-ins:
- CUE Voicemail Language Support 3.0.0.0
- CUE Voicemail US English 3.0.0.0
In this case, the version is 3.1.2, as reflected in the Software Version line as well as the Global line (there it states 3.1.2.0).
Web Page
The CUE version can be determined by logging into the CUE web page (simply point browser to the CUE's IP address and log in with an account that is a member of the Administrators group). Then navigate to the Help > About screen. It should look something like the picture below.
Under Installed Packages the line containing Global contains the complete version, in this example 3.1.2.0 (or simply 3.1.2). The other versions are not important. If the only thing displayed is the main CUE version and none of the licensing or package information is displayed, then the user logged in is not a member of the Administrators group.
