Cisco CallManager does not currently support DISA functionality natively. You can use Cisco CallManager in conjunction with other products in order to possibly achieve a similar functionality as needed.
You can configure IP Contact Center (IPCC) software in conjunction with Cisco CallManager in order to achieve this functionality. Some other alternatives are creating custom TCL scripts on a router, where the router is able to perform the intended functions.
Cisco also has TCL developers who can create such scripts for you. This group is known as Developer Support. Refer to Cisco Developer Services Central for more information.
