Due to SQLSvc account password issues, some CallManager services fail to start after it is added as a subscriber to an existing CallManager cluster
Cisco CallManager displays a blue screen error message. After rebooting, all services (like Computer Telephony Integration Manager [CTI Manager], Telephony Call Dispatcher [TCD], TFTP and Real-Time Information Server [RIS] Data Collector) fail to start. In spite of applying the patches, Structured Query Language (SQL) and all other services do not start. SQL reports the Logon Failure error message.
This issue could be caused by SQLSvc account issues.
To resolve this issue, perform these steps:
Change the SQLSvc password on the publisher and synchronize it with the subscriber.
If this does not help, verify that the SQLSvc account is locked out by domain policy.
If the SQLSvc account is locked out by domain policy, unlocking it should help to activate all the services.
