I have a client whose supervisor desktop application is not updating the Email CSQ.
1- I removed the user as a supervisor and then added her back, did not work
2- Tried to log in from some other PC , did not work.
3-Restarted the CCX engine service , did not help.
4- Removed the application from the PC, downloaded a fresh copy and installed it again, did not help.
Would appreciate if some one can share their experince on this.
