Extension Mobility login fails and after user enters a username and password, the IP Phone displays this error message: Request Denied: Phone currently has user logged in

Core Issue

A user is already logged into the Cisco IP Phone.


To resolve this issue, perform these steps:
  1. From Cisco CallManager, select Device > Phone.
  2. Find the phone by the Directory Number (DN) it currently has and click the logout button.
