How to change subscriber status from active to inactive through the Subscriber Provisioning Console (SPC)

Resolution

To change subscriber status in the Subscriber Feature Proxy (SFP) from active to inactive through SPC, perform these steps:

  1. Log in as the pcadmin user to the SPC Graphical User Interface (GUI).

  2. Under the SPC, there is a Status button. Green indicates active status, and red indicates inactive status.

If the active check box is unchecked, the subscriber is currently inactive.

Note: Changing subscriber status through the SPC does not delete the subscriber record from Oracle database. This gives the administrator the ability to re-use the subscriber data at a later time.
