How to change the administrator password on Cisco CallManager, Cisco Unity, IVR and ICM

Refer to these documents for information on the passwords and how to change them:

With regard to Intelligent Contact Management (ICM), there are user passwords and administrator passwords that have different permissions on the servers.

These documents explain the differences between them and how to set them:

Make sure that dial access into the system is still available if the adminstrator password is changed. 

These passwords are different than the node managed ICM user IDs that are created during setup. The policy that is applied to the administrator and user passwords do not affect the node managed ICM users. Refer to Cisco ICM Software Installation Guide for the steps involved in the setup of the Administrative Workstation (AW) and components.
