How to change the password for a Cisco CallManager Administrator account

Core Issue

This document shows you how to change the password for a Cisco CallManager Administrator account, so that you can access the CallManager admin page.

Resolution

In order to change the Cisco CallManager Administrator password, perform this procedure:

  1. Right-click My Computer.
  2. Select Manage.
  3. Open Local Users and Groups.
  4. Open Users.
  5. Right-click Administrator.
  6. Select Set Password.
  7. Enter the new password and confirm.
  8. Restart the Internet Information Server (IIS) admin and World Wide Web Publishing service on the server.

Note: Make sure that you follow these steps on all Cisco CallManager servers in the cluster.
