Do not include any identifying information about an end-user, customer, customer network, or lab network. This information does not belong in a KB Article. If you need to include sample information, strip out the identifying information and replace it with generic information; such as <end_user> instead of Scott Zelenka or <cucm_ip_address> instead of 192.168.1.1.
Spell out acronyms that are not widely known and used in the industry. Also use complete and accurate Cisco product names, such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, not their abbreviations or shorthad.
Do not publish any information that is not publicly available. Such as product roadmaps, software routines, data structures, web links, document numbers, or enhancement/defects that are not already generally available on Cisco.com's home page or on the general public Internet.
