WARNING:

  • Do not include any identifying information about an end-user, customer, customer network, or lab network.  This information does not belong in a KB Article.  If you need to include sample information, strip out the identifying information and replace it with generic information; such as <end_user> instead of Scott Zelenka or <cucm_ip_address> instead of 192.168.1.1.
