How to delete a user from Cisco CallManager

Resolution

In order to delete a user from the Global directory, complete these steps:

  1. Go to the Cisco CallManager Administration Page.

  2. Choose User > Global Directory > Search > Delete.

If Cisco CallManager is integrated with Active Directory (AD), there is no option in Cisco CallManager to delete users. In the AD integrated environment, a user can only be deleted from the Active Directory box.
