Delete Voicemail messages from Badmail folder in Unity Connection 8.x

 

 

Steps to delete voicemail messages from Bad mail folder in Unity Connection

 

  • Connect to UCONN Server via RTMT&  Browse to System>  Tools>  Trace&  Log Central>  Remote Browse
  • Select 'Connection Message Transfer Agent'.
  • Click Next and then Click through Dropdown Tree Until 'Nodes->(Server)->CUC->Connection Message Transfer Agent
  • Click on 'UmssMtaBadMail' folder and delete all files present
