How to disable Multilevel Administration on Cisco CallManager 4.0

Resolution

The Enable MultiLevelAdmin enterprise parameter in Multilevel Administration (MLA) indicates whether access  is enabled.

You can set the Enable MultiLevelAdmin enterprise parameter to these values:

  • True. MLA access is enabled.
  • False. MLA access is disabled. (This is the default value).

When the Enable MultiLevelAdmin enterprise parameter value is modified, the    Worldwide Web Publishing service needs to be restarted. Perform these steps:

  • Go to Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Services.
  • Select and right-click the Worldwide Web Publishing service.
  • Select Stop, then select Start.

For more information, refer to Multilevel Administration Access.

Note: On Cisco CallManager 4.0, you can disable MLA, but you cannot uninstall MLA.
