How to locate log files to troubleshoot TimesTen issues in CSCP 3.0

Resolution

To troubleshoot TimesTen issues in Call Session Control Platform (CSCP) 3.0, navigate to the log directory in Operation Administration Management (OAM). The log directory resides in install_directory/tmp/instance/. Locate the log files for TimesTen Data Authority Server (TTDAS) and TimesTen Monitor (TTMON) and look for errors and exceptions.

These are some example paths to the log directory:

  • For TTDAS: cd /opt/CSCP/OAM/tmp/instance/TTDAS1/log/
     
  • For TTMON: cd /opt/CSCP/OAM/tmp/instance/dsTTMON1/log/
