How to rebuild the subscriber database in Cisco CallManager 3.3(3)

Core Issue

If the replication between the publisher and the subscriber is broken for some reason, multiple replication transactions in the log result. Any Structured Query Language (SQL) replication issues can be verified with the DBLHelper application file (found under C:\Program Files\Cisco\bin). The DBLHelper.exe shows the red faces that indicate a problem.


If reinitializing on the DBLHelper.exe tool does not resolve the issue, the process can be performed manually. To do so, manually create a Pull Subscription from the publisher to the subscriber, and start the Snapshot agent.
