How to remove a unity subscriber who is already deleted from the Active Directory from the Cisco Unity 4.x

Resolution

If the subscriber is deleted from the Active Directory, complete these steps in order to remove that subscriber from the Cisco Unity:

  1. Choose Tool Depot in the Cisco Unity, and use the Global Subscriber Manager (GSM) tool.

  2. In the GSM, expand the server on the left side, and locate the user on the right side.

  3. Right-click the user, and click delete subscriber.
