How to verify whether Cisco CallManager is integrated with Active Directory or DC Directory

Resolution

Complete these steps:

  1.     On the Cisco CallManager server, choose C:\dcdsrvr.
       
  2.     Open the DirectoryConfiguration.ini file with Notepad. This line appears at the beginning of the file:

           ldapURL=ldap://:8404
       
    • If the number at the end of the line is 8404, as it is in this example, Cisco CallManager is integrated with a Data Connection (DC) Directory.

    • If the number is 389, Cisco CallManager is integrated with an Active Directory (AD).
