In Cisco CallManager 4.x environment, cannot change configurations in the trigger information section of the JTAPI Triggers on the Cisco CallManager Admin receives the error message
In the attempt to change the Applicaton in the trigger information section of the Java Telephony Application Programming Interface (JTAPI) Triggers, this error message appears:
Java.lang.interruptedException: User (DBU) attempted to acquire mutex lock for the purpose of (Cluster Mutex acquitted by JTAPI trigger - Update) but could not acquire lock within (3000) millisecond. Please try after few minutes.
This error is a known defect when a lock entry is missed in the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
This defect is documented in Cisco bug ID CSCsd13553. In order to resolve this issue, complete this workaround:
Check the mutex lock entries in the DCD LDAP, CCN Apps > clusters > [profile] > Locks > Locks.00000.
