The document Removing a Subscriber Server from Cisco CallManager has incorrect Structured Query Language (SQL) script and instructions for cleaning up the database. The procedure needs to be properly tested from a database perspective and correctly documented. The removeServerFromDB.bat and RemoveSubscription.bat scripts need to be installed as standard utilities with Cisco CallManager, rather than requiring the customer copy the script from a web page.
