In CRS 3.5, Cisco CallManager users display in random order

Core Issue

The User Maintenance window on Cisco Customer Response Application (CRA) limits the display to 75 Cisco CallManager users. If that number is exceeded, the Cisco CallManager users display in a random order. Instead of the usual logical order of 39001, 39002, 39003, 39004, the list contains 39001, 39003, with 39002 and 39004 not shown.

Resolution

Narrow the search by adding additional characters to be matched.
