In CRS 3.5, with a CRA Historical Reports Database Server installation, the User Configuration page has empty installed product packages

Core Issue

Synchronization between the Cisco Customer Response Applications (CRA) and the Historical Reports Database Server was not completed.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, perform these steps:

  1. Configure CRA with the Historical Reports Database Server. 

       

  2. Go to Tools > Historical Reporting > Synch now page. 

       

  3. Perform a synchronization.
