Resolution

This issue is caused by insufficient permissions for the Distributed COM in the client computer. In order to resolve this issue, complete these steps:

  1. Choose Start > Run, and execute DCOMCNFG.

  2. Choose properties, and verify that Enable Distributed COM on this computer is checked.

  3. Add the security settings for everyone with full access.

  4. Re-run the Permissions Wizard, and choose the DCOM option.

Refer to Release Notes for Cisco Unity ViewMail for Microsoft Outlook Release 4.1(1) for more information about VMO.
