Installation fails with the "You don't have Cisco approved hardware" error message

Core Issue

When trying to install Cisco CallManager 3.3, the installation fails as soon as you install  the hardware detection CD (CD#1), and the You are not using Cisco approved hardware. You must use Cisco approved hardware to install Cisco CallManager error message appears.

This issue occurs if you do not use the correct hardware indicated in the resolution section. The installation warning message indicates that the hardware package of the server does not meet the requirements of the Cisco CallManager application. The hardware check is an integral part of the Cisco CallManager installation process.
