Good video, I have tried this iPhone apps and it works well to change the IP phone background on the spot, similar to what Phone Designer is doing

If you need an application that can deploy in bulk to large numbers of phones, there are several third party applications available:

Good morning. It explained how to edit the List.xml file, but it didn't tell how to download or where to locate the file to edit.
