Hi,

I cannot use Cisco 7931 as assistant's phone - I tried with both, SIP and SCCP protocols.

In the Assistant Console I cannot see Manager's status. In the My Manager tab I can see manager configured but cannot change any option (it's gray) and cannot see the Manager's status.

When I use some other model that works fine.

The manager's phone is Cisco 7945.

In the Cisco Unified Reporting > Unified CM Phone Feature List I can see that Cisco 7931 is supported with SIP protocol.

CUCM version is 9.1.1.

Do you maybe have some idea, how this can be resolved?

Thanks,

Milan
